Stephanie Hosler is the global leader of BCLP’s corporate and transactions department. Her clients include Ralcorp Holdings, for whom she has handled deals including the $1.2 billion acquisition of American Italian Pasta Company and the $2.6 billion acquisition of Kraft’s Post Foods.
She also represented the telecommunication company Tekelec in its $780 million sale to a Siris Capital Group-led consortium, and Mallinckrodt in selling its nuclear imaging business to IBA Molecular for $690 million.
Hosler’s civic involvement has included serving the National Conference for Community and Justice of Metropolitan St. Louis and the St. Louis Zoo.
