Gov. Kehoe appoints associate judge to 32nd Judicial Circuit

Gov. Mike Kehoe appointed an associate circuit judge to the state’s 32nd Judicial Circuit in an announcement from January 14. The appointment marks one of his first to the judiciary in 2026.
The new associate circuit judge, Austin Crowe, will fill the vacancy created by the appointment of Judge Julia A. Koester to the circuit bench, the office said. The role is based in Cape Girardeau County.
Crowe, who is from Jackson, is an assistant prosecuting attorney for New Madrid County and a member of the Tailor Institute board of directors. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
