Administrative : Denial Of Benefits – Residual Functional Capacity – Job Description
Stephanie Maniscalco//February 9, 2018//
Where a claimant challenged the denial of Social Security disability benefits, the administrative law judge did not err in finding that a doctor’s opinions were inconsistent with his earlier assessments and with the record as a whole, but the judgment is vacated and remanded with instructions for a new step-five determination based on a conflict between the claimant’s residual functional capacity and the relevant job description in the Dictionary of Occupational Titles.
Vacated; remanded.

(Eugene Gregory Wallace, Raleigh, North Carolina, argued for appellant; Stephanie Bartels appeared on the brief) (Tracey Ann Wirmani, Dallas, argued for appellee; Gabriel Bono appeared on the brief).
