Where a defendant in an arson case argued that his counsel was ineffective for failing to challenge expert testimony that he was a suspect, the denial of the defendant’s petition for a writ of is affirmed because the testimony was proper under and the defendant did not show that counsel’s performance was deficient or that he was prejudiced.

Judgment is affirmed.
