Administrative: Social Security Disability Benefits-Supplemental Security Income-Failure to Meet Listed Impairment
Staff Report//June 7, 2019//
Petitioner appealed the district court’s judgment affirming the denial of petitioner’s application for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income.
Where substantial evidence supported the ALJ’s finding that petitioner’s impairments did not meet any listings and where petitioner’s post-hearing evidence was merely cumulative in nature, the district court properly affirmed the denial of petitioner’s application for benefits.
Judgment is affirmed.
