Appellant challenged the trial court’s interlocutory judgment, which ruled that appellant’s challenge to the validity of an amendment to a living trust would forfeit appellant’s distribution from the trust.

Where the trial court correctly interpreted the trust agreement to contain a no-contest clause, and where no-contest provisions were enforced without any good faith or probable cause exceptions, the trial court correctly rejected appellant’s contest to the amendment of the trust agreement.

Judgment is affirmed.

In the Interest of Kolb (MLW No. 84664/Case No. ED113967 – 9 pages) (Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, Page, J.) Appealed from circuit court, St. Louis County, Zellweger, J. (Canice T. Rice Jr. and Fairfax Jones for appellant) (Richard J. Keyes and William T. Dowd for respondent)
