Craig Higgins named associate circuit judge in St. Louis

Gov. Mike Parson has appointed Craig K. Higgins as an associate circuit judge for the St. Louis Circuit Court.
Higgins will fill the vacancy left by Judge Calea Stovall-Reid’s recent elevation to the circuit bench. He is an associate city counselor in St. Louis and earned his law degree from Drake University in 1991.
Higgins was one of three finalists for the associate circuit vacancy. The others were Steven J. Capizzi and Michael J. Colona.
