The POWER List 2024: Timothy E. Wichmer

Longtime practitioner Timothy Wichmer has frequently litigated difficult immigration cases in federal courts, winning rulings that have allowed clients to seek asylum or remain in the U.S.
He has presented on immigration law in venues ranging from local CLEs to the National Conference of the Catholic Bar Association, of which he is a member.
Wichmer served as the chairman of the Missouri-Kansas chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association from 2002 to 2003 and chaired BAMSL’s immigration law committee from 2001 to 2004.
He earned his law degree from Washington University in 1993.
