Bob Haar’s practice encompasses business litigation, constitutional and appellate litigation, criminal defense and internal investigations, and professional liability. He was part of the team representing the St. Louis Rams in its move from St. Louis to Los Angeles.
Haar also represented the insurer for The Doe Run Resources Corp. In 2017, the Missouri Supreme Court determined that the insurance policy’s “pollution exclusion” didn’t require his client to defend Doe Run from a set of lawsuits.
He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Foundation.
