Donald Paule represents businesses, particularly closely held family businesses, in shareholder and ownership succession planning and related tax issues, as well as business sales and purchases, mergers, and acquisitions. He also advises clients on entity formation and the operation and dissolution of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
Paule went back to Washington University in St. Louis to earn his Master of Laws in taxation in 1978. But he still hasn’t left the university, where he has taught MBA courses on taxation and business law as an adjunct professor since 1977.
