Real Property: Unpaved Road-River Access-Public Road

Where plaintiffs filed suit seeking that an unpaved portion of a road that allowed access to a river be declared a public road, the trial court properly found that the road was a public road by common-law dedication and by prescriptive easement.
Judgment is affirmed.
