Vincent Reese, Mickes O’Toole

Vincent Reese has served as managing partner of Mickes O’Toole since 2017. He has helped grow it into one of the largest minority-owned firms in the state. In 2019, Missouri Lawyers Media recognized Reese in the Diversity & Inclusion Awards for his role in promoting diversity at his firm.
He maintains a practice focused on labor, employment and education law, with clients that include the St. Louis Public School District.
Reese is vice-chair of The Missouri Bar’s labor and employment law committee and a member of the American Bar Association’s labor and employment law section.
