Franklin Buchanan not only graduated law school at the age of 22 but was able to secure his licensure in four states at 24-years-old. Buchanan says he remembers wanting to be an attorney as early as middle school, and that he admires the justice, procedure, laws and honor of the legal profession.

When he’s not working, Buchanan enjoys spending time with friends, listening to legal podcasts, public speaking and making music, to name a few.

What is the best career advice you have received?

The truth is evasive. To obtain the truth and to achieve justice, one must be willing to put in the effort to find the truth. One must study to show themselves approved; not only in the practice of law, but in all areas of life.

What has been your favorite moment as an attorney?

Some of my favorite moments come from spending time with the partners at the firm. [They] are always willing to impart wisdom which makes the practice of law enjoyable and worthwhile.
