James T. “Jim” Price, Spencer Fane

Jim Price, co-chair of Spencer Fane’s environmental law practice group, is known as a leader in both the legal and civic environmental sector.
He has served as lead counsel for numerous environmental matters, including Superfund proceedings, RCRA corrective action, environmental transactions, and environmental permitting and compliance for solid waste, hazardous waste, water and air.
He was the inaugural chair of KCMBA’s Environmental Law Committee, is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy and Resources, and chaired the Energy and Environment Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City.
