Tim Reichardt serves as lead trial counsel for governmental entities, health care providers, businesses and individuals in personal injury, civil rights, employment and commercial litigation, with a strong appellate practice. He was drawn to litigation by his late uncle, Fred Switzer, Esq., who told him he was “cut out for litigation and not for transactional work.”
Reichardt has argued appeals that have clarified immunity protections for police officers and in early 2022 prevailed in a week-long, high-exposure jury trial with masked jurors. He has obtained defense verdicts in police excessive force, First Amendment retaliation and employment discrimination cases and also served as St. Louis County Bar Association president in 2017.
