Since 2001, Annette Griggs has represented clients who’ve suffered brain injuries or been injured in dram shop cases by a drunk driver. In 2020, she helped secure an $8 million judgment for a woman severely injured by a drunk driver. It was among the largest judgments of that year.
Griggs also helped lead a groundbreaking suit against a gun shop that sold a mentally ill woman a gun she used to kill her father. It settled for $2.2 million after a Missouri Supreme Court ruling allowed the suit to proceed.
Recently, she was part of a team that reached a $4.5 million settlement for a driver who was rear-ended by a truck.
