Bob Langdon has dedicated 52 years to plaintiff’s personal injury law, specializing in defective product litigation.

Langdon’s landmark case Kumar v. Toyota resulted in Maryland’s largest plaintiff’s jury verdict after proving a design defect led to his client’s leg amputations. His pivotal Baker v. General Motors case reached the U.S. Supreme Court, establishing precedent for former employees’ testimony against previous employers.

These significant victories prompted law firms nationwide to refer plaintiff’s cases to Langdon, particularly those involving defective products.

A past president of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, Langdon is also a fellow in the American Board of Trial Advocates and International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
