Jim Corrigan has pioneered a nationwide practice representing families injured or killed by window covering products, handling claims for more than 110 families across 40 states. In 2021, he secured a record $25 million verdict in Utah for the family of a three-year-old strangled by a window blind cord, a case integral to requiring all U.S. window coverings to be cordless.
The following year he reached a $15.5 million settlement for a toddler who suffered brain damage. Corrigan has also resolved more than $35 million in window covering wrongful death claims in four states since 2025 and has served as local counsel on more than 2,500 Roundup claims nationwide.
