After more than two decades as a sole practitioner, Ellen Goldman joined Seigfreid Bingham in 2024 to lead the firm’s environmental law practice and serve as the go-to for comprehensive environmental matters and policy services across the firm’s industry groups.
She is a former associate regional counsel at the Environmental Protection Agency, Region VII.
Goldman has experience appearing before federal, state and local regulatory agencies and commissions, and she is known for her ability to resolve cases outside the courtroom without a trial and for devising creative strategies to resolve legal issues in cost efficiently.
