Booze battle rages on as distributor fights rival for Jägermeister business
In its ongoing federal lawsuit, which was filed in February 2018 and recently survived a motion to dismiss, Major Brands alleges that rival Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, the largest distributor in North America, improperly took away her business with Jägermeister.
