Davidson v. Astrue (MLW No. 59592/Case No. 08-3337 – 12 pages) (U.S. Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit, Colloton, J.)

Where an administrative law judge found that a claimant of supplemental security income had the ability to perform jobs in the national economy, the ALJ did not err in discounting the opinions of treating doctors where they conflicted with the doctor’s treatment notes and substantial evidence supported the ALJ’s finding regarding the claimant’s .

Judgment is affirmed.
