Applicants sought for Connolly vacancy

The 22nd Circuit Judicial Commission will meet Aug. 20-21 to select finalists for the associate circuit judge vacancy left by the recent elevation of Judge Madeline O. Connolly to the St. Louis circuit bench.
Applications are due by 5 p.m. July 19. Applicants for other recent associate judge vacancies can request that their previous application be transferred.
The commission expects to conduct public interviews with the applicants at the Court of Appeals building in St. Louis, then select a panel of three nominees to be submitted to the governor, who will have 60 days to make the appointment.
