His practice includes estate and special needs planning, guardianships, trust and probate administration, and probate and trust litigation. He is the co-author of “Trust Contests,” part of a Missouri Bar Deskbook.
Lee formerly served as treasurer of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association and is a member of the Greene County Estate Planning Council.
He also is a former board member for the Springfield-Greene County Library Foundation and was a member of the Leadership Springfield class of 2004-2005.
Lee earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas in 1995 and his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1996.
