Shine Lin navigates foreign tax credits and challenges the constitutionality of internal revenue statutes and regulations.
He also has represented tax whistleblowers who the IRS rewards for providing information about underreported or underpaid taxes. He previously worked as a senior tax litigation attorney and claims evaluator at the Tax Whistleblower Law Firm in Chesterfield. He now works with agents to resolve cases at Milton Law Group.
Lin earned his law degree from Florida State University in 2004. In 2005, he gained his LL.M. in Taxation from Washington University.
Lin has litigated before the U.S. Tax Court, multiple U.S. district courts and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He has represented people and businesses facing federal tax controversies, collection and criminal taxes.
