Beth Boggs leads this full-service firm of 20 attorneys. She founded the firm in 1999.

Boggs’ practice focuses on civil litigation involving construction defects, insurance coverage, employment law, premises liability, transportation, defense of pharmacy cases, civil rights defense, professional negligence, toxic tort defense, asbestos exposure defense and insurance defense.

Boggs was recognized by Missouri Lawyers Media’s Women’s Justice Awards in 2024 for her charity work.

Her philanthropy effort “Step It Up,” was founded to help with the aftermath of hurricane Katrina and has since expanded to help those in need in the wake of COVID-19.

“I tell young lawyers to be passionate about the practice of law and to be an active participant in improving your community,” she said. “Helping others and bettering their communities needs to be a core part of the practice. Act like a leader and leaders will seek you out for important firm roles. Act as if you are a partner on day one.”
