Lashly & Baer is a full-service law firm practicing in Illinois and Missouri led by President Lisa O. Stump.

Stump’s primary practice revolves around governmental and public institutions law including education. She advises public agencies and helps governmental agencies to draft proposed legislation, policies and regulations.

A Missouri Lawyers POWER List honoree, Stump earned her law degree from Washington University in 1989 and has worked with Lashly & Baer ever since. She became the firm’s president in 2018 and is the first woman to run the firm.

Missouri Lawyers Media honored Stump as a Law Firm Leader at the Women’s Justice Awards in 2019.
