Plaintiff appealed the grant of summary judgment for defendants. Plaintiff filed suit alleging that she crashed her motorcycle when she rode through an oil spill coming from defendants’ leaking truck. Plaintiff argued that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment based on the sudden emergency doctrine and in denying her leave to amend her complaint.

Where plaintiff’s brief failed to comply with requirements of the appellate rules, the court was unable to conduct meaningful appellate review.

Appeal is dismissed.
