TaRonda Randall developed an understanding of the rules that govern sports as a basketball team captain and vice president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Since earning her law degree in 2015, she’s devoted her career to NCAA compliance, including as a postgraduate intern with the NCAA national office and as assistant director of compliance at Florida State University.
In her practice, she helps colleges, universities and student-athletes understand and comply with NCAA rules, conducts audits and reviews of athletic department policies and procedures, as well as independent investigations involving student-athlete welfare issues.
