Where appellants in a dispute over ownership and possession of farmland challenged the grant of summary judgment for respondent on claims of quiet title and ejectment, the judgment was final for purposes of review and was not void because even though it was entered after the death of a party without substitution for that party, substitution was not required when the death extinguished the claim, and appellants did not have standing to challenge whether the trial court had personal jurisdiction over a defendant who did not appeal the judgment.

Albu Farms LLC v. Pride (MLW No. 80810/Case No. WD85494 – 42 pages) (Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, Martin, J.) Appealed from circuit court, Boone County, Bradley, J. (Brady Daniel Wimer and Mark C. Abbott for respondent) (Dallas Pride, Valerie Pride and Sylvia Pride, pro se).
