On any given day, J.D. Glisson may find himself on top of a wind turbine or inside a mine. As co-leader of his firm’s construction industry group, Glisson’s work ranges from contract negotiation for constructing senior living and health care facilities to resolving construction issues for the oil, gas and energy sectors.
With an undergraduate degree in engineering, Glisson followed in the footsteps of two uncles who are civil engineers. Both advised him to go to law school. That background gives his construction law practice a solid industry foundation.
Glisson earned his law degree from the University of Illinois in 1997.
