As a member of Polsinelli’s real estate and financial services department, Thomas Hohenstein focuses on construction law, insurance coverage matters and real estate. He has devoted his 30-year career to representing owners, contractors, and design professionals in contract advice in multiple industries, including EPC contracts for owners in the energy industry.
He is active in both the legal community and construction industry, serving on the Associated General Contractors of Missouri’s governmental affairs committee, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis’ construction law committee.
He earned his law degree from the University of Missouri in 1985.
