Philip Christofferson, who is highly regarded for his expertise in preparing, filing and enforcing mechanic’s liens, represents a wide range of professionals in the construction industry. He once won over $400,000 in a counter claim for his client, a general contractor repairing the Taum Sauk Dam, when a subcontractor sued for alleged lack of payment.
He’s active in his community serving on the Truman State University Board of Governors and is a former board member with the Kids in the Middle Impact Leadership Team
Christofferson earned his law degree from the University of Chicago in 1998.
