Across the United States and globally, Steve Becker leads Bryan Cave’s commercial practice group. He has represented public and private companies in a variety of projects, including manufacturing plants, multi-family housing projects and large retail complexes.
Close to home in Rock Port, he led a wind farm developer to successful resolution of subcontractor mechanic’s liens and claims concerning substantial cost overruns.
And far away in Colombia, he handled an EPC transaction concerning construction of a fully integrated sugarcane plantation, sugar mill, ethanol plant and power plant. He earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1996.
