Brad Wilders, along with fellow POWER List attorney Gretchen Garrison, played key role on the team that won a $1.5 billion class action settlement for a group of Kansas farmers who sued Syngenta related to marketing and commercializing genetically modified corn seeds. The modifications resulted in an import ban by China, impacting over 600,000 corn producers, grain handlers and ethanol plants and has been called the largest agriculture settlement in U.S. history.

Wilders clerked for Judge John R. Gibson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and worked on cases in five of the 11 federal appellate courts.

He earned his law degree in 2007 from the University of Missouri.
