Chuck Hatfield draws on 25 years of experience litigating and negotiating high profile cases and is known for contributing his expertise to appellate cases in Missouri with political and electoral significance.

In 2024, he went before the Missouri Supreme Court, representing Missourians for Constitutional Freedom, a group of voters that collected more than 380,000 signatures supporting a Missouri ballot measure to protect abortion rights. A lower court had voted to remove the measure from the ballot, but the Supreme Court ruled to keep it in place. In November, Missourians voted in favor of abortion rights.

Hatfield earned his law degree from the University of Missouri.
