Gretchen Garrison’s extensive appellate court experience has benefited her plaintiff’s practice.

She joined fellow POWER List attorney Bradley Wilders on the team that won a $1.5 billion settlement for a group of Kansas farmers who sued Syngenta related to marketing and commercializing genetically modified corn seeds, resulting in an import ban by China. It impacted over 600,000 corn producers, grain handlers and ethanol plants across the country. This settlement was called the largest agriculture settlement in U.S. history, and payment to the plaintiffs began in March 2020.

Garrison earned her law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1986. She co-chairs the Missouri Bar Appellate Practice Committee.
