Michael Raupp has developed a powerhouse appellate practice, arguing more than 20 appeals in state and federal courts across the country — with arguments in five different federal circuits in 2024 alone.
Raupp represented NYSE-listed Regions Bank in briefing and oral argument after the bank received an adverse jury verdict in the trial court. Finding for the bank, the Court of Appeals reversed the full jury verdict of over $500,000 in damages and interest and entered judgment in favor of the bank.
Raupp received the Missouri Bar Foundation’s 2023 David J. Dixon Appellate Advocacy Award.
He earned his law degree from the University of Texas in 2012.
