Cyrus DashtakiCyrus Dashtaki, founding attorney of Dashtaki Law Firm, is a Missouri trial lawyer who has dedicated his career to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion through civil rights litigation. Admitted to practice in 2005 after graduating from Washington University School of Law, Dashtaki focuses his practice on employment discrimination, civil rights cases and accessibility law.

Throughout his career, Dashtaki has advocated for individuals facing employment discrimination, public accommodation discrimination and serious personal injury matters. He handles cases in state and federal courts and before administrative bodies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights.

He serves on the Missouri Bar’s subcommittee for labor and employment law and is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association-St. Louis and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.

“I feel accountable not only to my clients but to my community, knowing that my advocacy can help make the legal system more inclusive, equitable, and just,” Dashtaki explained.
