Jittaun Dill is principal of the Law Office of Jittaun A. Dill in St. Louis and serves as president of the Mound City Bar Association for the 2025-2026 bar year. A graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law with a certificate in employment law, Dill has emerged as a leading advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion through her extensive work with underrepresented populations.

Dill was recruited to join inaugural diversity, equity and inclusion teams at two Am Law 100 firms, where she collaborated across departments to implement strategies fostering equitable and inclusive environments. She worked directly with C-suite executives, partners, and firm leaders to develop sustainable supplier diversity programs, launch firm-wide retreats for diverse attorneys and identify employee resource groups. Dill has presented DEI-focused continuing legal education programs to state and local bar associations and led panel discussions on various DEI topics.

Dill is deeply committed to community service, serving on the advisory council of LEAD STL, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students on social justice advocacy.
