Jerina D. PhillipsJerina D. Phillips is extensively involved in community service, serving on boards including the Greater East St. Louis Community Fund, which provides college scholarships to East St. Louis high school seniors, and the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Foundation, which transforms East St. Louis by providing children access to high-quality after-school programs and mentorship. She also serves on boards for WEPOWER and Urban Sprouts Child Development Center, demonstrating her commitment to creating opportunities for underrepresented communities.
