Office Managing Partner, St. Louis

Bob Tomaso has led Husch Blackwell’s St. Louis office, one of the firm’s largest operations, since 1993. The office recently moved to the top five floors in of the Commerce Bank Tower in Clayton, which boasts a slimmed down office footprint while supporting an increasing number of attorneys who practice remotely through Husch’s The Link virtual office.

Tomaso’s labor and employment practice ranges from trials involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act to grievance arbitrations before the National Labor Relations Board. He served as president of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis from 2021 to 2022 and is involved with the labor and employment sections of the American Bar Association and the American Health Law Association.

Tomaso was a board member of the St. Louis Regional Chamber from 2019 to 2022 and has numerous other areas of community involvement — including participating in Dancing with the St. Louis Stars in 2017.

Tomaso earned his law degree from the University of Virginia in 1989.
