Kimberly Hatch said she chose to practice family law “because I’ve personally experienced the pain and complexity of a difficult divorce.” She wanted to use that perspective to help others navigate challenging times with compassion, clarity and strong advocacy.
One of her most memorable cases involved helping a domestic violence survivor by registering her for a Safe at Home address and structuring supervised parenting time that eliminated direct contact with her abuser.
As a shareholder at her firm, Hatch serves as co-president of Collaborative Divorce Professionals of Greater Kansas City and secretary of the Johnson County Family Law American Inn of Court, while mentoring attorneys throughout the legal community.
