Plaintiff appealed the trial court’s judgment, which ruled that defendant city was not obligated to indemnify two police officers for a federal judgment that plaintiff had obtained against them.

Where plaintiff failed to prove that the city had waived its sovereign immunity to his claim for indemnification or prove that an exception to immunity applied, the trial court correctly dismissed his claim.

Judgment is affirmed.
