Curt Chase leads Husch Blackwell’s healthcare, life sciences and education industry group, specializing in hospital and physician mergers, acquisitions and complex integration arrangements.
His notable achievements include closing a $275 million transaction that gave a large hospital system full operational control and governance of three Denver hospitals.
He maintains active memberships in several professional organizations, including the ABA Health Law Section, American Health Law Association, Health Care Compliance Association, Kansas Association of Hospital Attorneys and Missouri Society of Health Care Attorneys, and has served as president of the Greater Kansas City Society of Healthcare Attorneys.
