With more than 25 years in immigration law, Tiffany Baldwin knows the ups and downs of visas, waivers and green cards.
Baldwin’s work is focused on helping health care organizations employing foreign nationals and she is particularly passionate about helping physicians who practice in underserved areas. She also works with organizations such as universities and engineering firms to bring in talented employees outside of the medical field.
Baldwin founded Compass Immigration Law in 2014 and led the firm until 2023, when she joined Husch Blackwell and its global mobility and immigration team.
