Ruth Binger leads Danna McKitrick’s transactional group, focusing on advising entrepreneurs across various industries including manufacturing and distribution, professional services, transportation and retail.
She provides comprehensive guidance on business formation, structure, governance and exit strategies, while also handling contract issues. She maintains an active role as a facilitator for several peer advisory boards for independent business owners.
A member of the American Bar Association’s sections on business law, intellectual property and labor and employment law, Binger received Missouri Lawyers Media’s ICON Award in 2022. She earned her law degree from DePaul University in 1983.
