David Andrew Lunceford serves as owner of Lunceford Law Firm in Lee’s Summit. With 30 years of practice experience, Lunceford has established himself through significant jury verdicts in employment discrimination law.
In recent years, Lunceford and his trial teams have obtained jury verdicts totaling more than $31.7 million. Notable victories include an $11,076,353 verdict in Wiseman v. Missouri Department of Corrections in July 2022, a $6,984,515 verdict in Caster v. Jackson County in 2022, and a $5,788,000 verdict in Carter v. Missouri Department of Corrections in September 2022.
Lunceford has represented clients against major governmental entities, and currently represents approximately 12 law enforcement officers against the City of Independence in age discrimination and retaliation cases.
