Among Joe Glynias’ biggest clients is ConAgra Brands. He’s defended the food giant in numerous cases and won important rulings that have shaped the law on collective bargaining agreement and compensation owed for small amounts of time workers spend checking in tools and putting on protective gear.
He also works with companies on matters involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act and other state and federal labor and employment laws.
Glynias served on Husch Blackwell’s executive board from 2015-2022 and was chosen as the firm’s executive board chair as of April 1, 2024.
