Founding Attorney, Kansas City

Brendan John Donelon is founding attorney of Donelon, P.C., a Kansas City-based law firm specializing in employment and wage litigation. With 30 years of practice, Donelon has secured over $110 million in settlements and verdicts for wage and hour class action clients.

After clerking for Hon. John Moran, Donelon initially focused on employment discrimination cases before transitioning to wage and hour class action litigation. He established his own practice at age 29. Notable cases include an $8.35 million verdict against Steak-N-Shake for overtime violations and co-lead counsel role in a $73 million Bank of America settlement involving nationwide teller wage violations.

Donelon has expanded his practice to include False Claims Act cases. He serves on the National Employment Lawyers Association’s planning committee and regularly speaks at wage and hour seminars on class action preparation and mediation tactics.
