The POWER List 2023: R. Michael Lowenbaum

Michael Lowenbaum is the longtime outside general counsel for the St. Louis Blues, handling issues ranging from contract negotiations to an ongoing suit claiming that the team sold mislabeled merchandise.
Since earning his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1976, he has devoted his practice to labor and employment issues. He joined the St. Louis office of the national law firm Jackson Lewis in 2018 after a merger with his former firm, Lowenbaum Law.
He is heavily involved in the St. Louis community, including as a Bike M.S. Gateway rider and fundraiser for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
